1. Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Fluffruff, we want you to love every product you receive. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

2. Return & Refund Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Do not return items to the manufacturer. Contact our support team to authorize the return.

4. Return Shipping Address

Once approved, send returns to:
Fluffruff Returns Department (Full address will be provided upon authorization).

5. Broken, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • Broken Items: Send a photo and order number. Replacements will be issued at no cost — no return required in most cases.
  • Incorrect Size (Apparel): Provide a photo and proof of purchase. Replacements will be sent promptly.
  • Missing Shipments: Contact us with your tracking number and order info for verification.

6. Gift Returns

Gift items returned will be issued a gift credit. Once received, a gift card will be emailed to you for the return value.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Seasonal items (unless delayed by us)
  • Health & personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, we will cover shipping. Otherwise:

  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will have actual shipping costs deducted (USA: $5.50–$18, International: $5.50–$20)

We recommend a trackable service or insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee returned item receipt without tracking.

9. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 3–7 business days after inspection
  • Issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Card, Apple Pay, etc.)

If you haven’t received your refund:
• Check your bank account
• Contact your credit card provider
• Contact your bank (some delays are normal)
